•  Review this link that discusses programming, standards, and scholarship ideas.
•  2023 Scholarship Program PDF 
•  Coordinate with other Chapter Officers (especially the VP of Administration) and Asst. Advisor/VP of Administration in seeing that members have all the academic resources needed to succeed. Point them to the resources we have on our site. 
•  Develop a partnership with the Think Tank to arrange for individual tutoring or tutoring days at the Chapter House or other location.
•  Promote Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund and Kappa Sigma Educational Foundation of Arizona Scholarships to members to ensure lots of applications.
•  Maintain an excel sheet with member name, initiation year/pledge, year in school, email, cell phone, major, career plans, cumulative GPA, subjects can tutor in, and subjects needs tutoring in.
•  Ensure the Chapter House maintains a quality learning environment.
