• Coordinate with the Advisory Board, DGM and other Chapter Officers (especially the VP Membership) to ensure Kappa Sigma recruits no less than 20-30 new members per year that meet our Four Pillars (Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship & Service) and the following: Gamma-Rho/Kappa Sigma Way, Gamma-Rho Expectations, and The Kappa Sigma Summary.

• Focus on our branding on our website, social media and facility to ensure that it represents the members we want to join.

• Market to alumni, parents, undergraduates and other Kappa Sigma chapters to get Recruitment Recommendations in.

• Promote Kappa Sigma during the school year and summer to alumni, parents, undergraduates and other Kappa Sigma chapters to get Recruitment Interest forms filled out.

• Host virtual and in-person events during the summer to share more about who Kappa Sigma is to identify potential new members.

• Coordinate with the recruitment panel of alumni and undergraduates to ensure they approve our potential new members.

• Recruit a committee to assist with recruitment (Data, Marketing, Events, Food & Drink, Preference Meal, Bid Night, Etc.)

• Ensure that all members participate in a recruitment training orientation each semester.

• Invite alumni to participate in summer, fall and spring recruitment

• Attend all University and Kappa Sigma meetings around recruitment and see that all forms are filled out

• See that the new member/pledge class is introduced to alumni via virtual meeting, at a fall or spring event, in an email, and via social media
