House & Property Management Chair Description

• Coordinate with the Advisory Board, House Corporation (especially the Property Management Chair), and other Chapter Officers (especially the VP Administration) to ensure our house and property are maintained, and that we communicate with our neighbors.

• Ensure all members (live-in & live-out) know our facility rules and that they’ve attended the semester meeting to discuss them.

• Ensure that the house is key clean using a schedule of all members participating in cleanups along with professional cleaning as needed.

• Coordinate with the House Corporation Property Management Chair to ensure the facility is maintained, fire inspection completed, list of vendors maintained, and all fees/reports filed on-times.

• Coordinate with the House Corporation Property Management Chair to do inspections of all common areas bi-weekly and student suites monthly.
