GP Position Description

GP - Vice President of Administration

• Preside over the chapter when the President is not available.
• Ensure that members have all the resources they need to excel academically; that we maintain a Chapter and New Member GPA Above the All-Fraternity and All-Men’s GPA Average; and that we award scholarships to deserving members each semester through coordination with the Educational Foundation.
• Coordinate with the Advisory Board, DGM and other Chapter Officers to ensure a culture of accountability and risk management is maintained.
• Maintain the chapter bylaws and ensure that are discussed and updated as needed on a semester basis (as well as ensure that bylaws are followed).
• Ensure that the Chapter House & Property are kept clean and the facility up to code through coordination with the House & Property Management Chair and House Corporation.
• Ensure that the chapter and members are meeting our Four Pillars standards so the chapter may continue to live in the Chapter House.
• Supervise the Academic & Scholarship Chair; Accountability & Judicial Chair; Bylaws Chair; House & Property Management Chair; and Risk Management Chair.
