Scott Schindler '04

Scott Schindler '04 graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008 with his undergraduate degree in Finance, and again in 2012 with a Juris Doctorate from the James E. Rogers College of Law. Today, this third-generation San Diegan is an Executive Vice President for JLL’s San Diego Tenant Representation Team.

After over seven years of representing occupiers of commercial real estate in a brokerage capacity and five years as a private practice real estate attorney, Scott has built up a portfolio of established expertise in the San Diego area. His focus on building lifetime relationships with his clients and commitment to prioritizing their best interests have been paramount to his success.

Outside of the office, Scott is heavily involved in his community. As Director/CFO of both the San Diego County Bar Foundation and San Diego Jewish Bar Association, he makes an effort to leave a positive impact on his city. In his free time, Scott enjoys working out, golfing, eating, traveling, and painfully supporting the Padres.

During his time as an undergrad, Scott served as Treasurer and Inner Guard for Gamma-Rho. He fondly remembers his time in the chapter as “a community of brothers with a common thread who are engaged to help one another throughout life.” Scott’s favorite moments in the brotherhood were during pre-session summers at the house, and he gives the following advice to current undergrads: “Learn and practice discipline and balance your academics and social life.” Kappa Sigma is a brotherhood and community that will always be there…for life, even if we don't see each other often. Gamma-Rho was an amazing place where I grew immensely as an individual and as a soon-to-be professional. I took on significant responsibility at a young age, and I believe a lot of my career and personal success would not have occurred but for my participation our chapter.”
