Family Weekend 2024 Recap

Our undergraduates and their families had a great Family Weekend. The weekend started on Thursday, October 24th with a career networking dinner with parents. On Friday morning our parents & members joined other families for the UA Family Weekend Golf event that raised over $13,000 for these charities: Barleycorn Scholarship Fund (fallen UAPD officer), Rebekah Hoppel Salcedo Scholarship, Greek Life Leadership Fund, and Military Heroes. Friday night we held a dinner at the Chapter House with members and their families. Finally, Saturday we had a pre-game meal with members & families and what seemed half the campus. We have some ideas for improving this event even more for next year.

Note: mom’s, we will be hosting a Mom’s Weekend this spring. A date will be chosen soon.
