Jason Hunt’s journey from the University of Arizona to entrepreneurial leadership reflects a consistent pattern of building, scaling, and investing in both businesses and relationships. A 2008 graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Jason distinguished himself early as a cofounder of Eller Rising Professionals, an organization that continues to impact students today through leadership development and career preparation.
Following graduation, Jason built a dynamic career across finance, technology, and entrepreneurship. He began at Alvarez & Marsal, rising from Analyst to Senior Associate, before moving into leadership roles at high-growth companies. He served as General Manager at Reverb and later as Chief Revenue Officer at QuickNode, helping drive growth in emerging technology sectors. He also contributed to venture capital business development at Amazon Web Services, gaining exposure to innovative startups at scale.
Jason’s entrepreneurial drive led him to serve as CEO of multiple ventures, achieving two successful exits as both a CEO and General Manager. Today, he is the CEO of Ink, where he is building a novel insurance product in the United States focused on personal guarantee insurance. In addition, he has cultivated a community of acquisition entrepreneurs through a newsletter with over 30,000 subscribers, further extending his impact beyond his own ventures.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Jason is deeply committed to community and family life. Based in Austin, Texas, he and his wife Danielle actively contribute to their local Tarrytown community and have built a ranch lodging and event space in Dripping Springs, creating a gathering place for others. Together, they are raising three children—Harlow, Brooks, and Jude—while fostering a strong sense of connection and shared experiences.
Jason’s connection to Kappa Sigma remains central to his life. As an undergraduate, he served as Grand Master of Ceremonies, and he continues to stay involved through alumni events, including Homecoming. Reflecting on his time in the Gamma-Rho chapter, Jason credits the fraternity with shaping the most meaningful relationships in his life. He met his wife at the chapter house, and many of his closest friends today are his Kappa Sigma brothers—men who stood beside him in weddings, shared homes after college, and now watch their children grow up together.
For Jason, Kappa Sigma was more than a college experience—it was the foundation for a lifetime of brotherhood, leadership, and purpose.
