When asked about Kappa Sigma, Eric says, “Being part of Kappa Sigma during my college years was a transformative experience that continues to impact my life positively. Living in the Kappa Sigma house provided a unique environment where I developed strong interpersonal skills, learning to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals. These skills have been invaluable in both my personal and professional life. Additionally, the fraternity fostered lifelong friendships; I still cherish the bonds I formed with brothers, many of whom remain close friends today. The network of connections I built through the fraternity has also been beneficial, opening doors to various opportunities and resources. Beyond the social and professional advantages, the fraternity instilled a sense of responsibility and community service, encouraging us to give back and make a difference.”
